Sales Associate

Sales Associate

Job Description:

Our Sales Associates work with our internal teams and customers throughout the entire sales cycle. You will be a key member of our Enterprise Sales Team in this entry-level sales position. In this role you with continue to benefit from continuous training; ranging from internal trainings, external, and more; your growth is endless. We set our SAs on a path to become Sales Reps with their own book of business.


Responsibilities:

  • Have continuous communication with customers, vendors, and partners via phone and email
  • Meeting with existing and potential customers on behalf of Frontier to provide product and service information, answer questions and assist in the sales process
  • Assist Enterprise Reps with clients’ needs

Order Processing Related Responsibilities:

  • Following up with our warehouse fulfillment team
  • Problem-solve if problems occur with orders
  • Follow up and qualify sales leads
  • Follow up and qualify sales leads
  • Follow up and qualify sales leads Supports Operations and A/R efforts

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
  • Possess the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
  • Process-driven individuals
  • Interest in Technology and growing into Sales is preferred

ERP Developer

ERP Developer

Job Description:

Opportunity for ERP developer with experience with Acumatica to help xByte systematize and automate their processes using Acumatica ERP platform. Experience with Acumatica is highly desired. Experience with C#, .NET Framework, and SQL is required.


Responsibilities:

  • Take direction from VP of Information Technology to maintain and improve xByte’s Acumatica ERP solution.
  • Assist and educate other xByte employees and developers with ERP and related issues.
  • Work with the ERP Administrator to prioritize and resolve ERP related issues.
  • Craft and maintain technical documentation for effective communication of software architecture and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Experience with advanced configuration and customization of Acumatica.
  • Experience with helping non-developers to develop and deploy Acumatica low-code/no-code features.
  • Experience with .NET framework using C# and Web Forms.
  • Experience with .NET Core and TypeScript.
  • SQL Database Development and some minor Administration.
  • Possess a keen ability to troubleshoot and rectify bugs in code, even when the original developer is unavailable.
  • Experience using Git or other source control.
  • Experience and interest in working directly with users to determine priorities and implementation details.
  • Experience in Finance and Distribution, Accounting, or Manufacturing industries management.
  • Candidates who can work from xByte's Bradenton office 3 to 5 days per week are preferred. Remote candidates who can occasionally travel to Bradenton, FL will be considered.
