    Job Description:
    We are looking for a detail‐oriented individual who is wants to join our growing IT company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating orders through a full order cycle.     Job Summary:
    Opportunity for entry to mid-level software developer to help xByte systematize and automate their processes using Acumatica ERP. The successful candidate will work under the direction of xByte’s Senior ERP Developer. Prior experience with Acumatica is not required. Familiarity with C#, .Net framework, and SQL is required.

    Responsibilities:

  • Take direction from senior developers to implement new ERP customizations and related programs
  • Work with senior developer and xByte employees to improve the ERP system
  • Assist and educate other xByte employee with ERP and related system issues
  • Triage incoming issues and solve minor issues
  • Qualifications:

  • Experience with .NET framework as well as either the C# and/or VB.NET languages
  • Experience and interest in working directly with users to determine priorities and implementation details
  • SQL Database Development and some minor administration
  • Experience in xRP development
  • Experience in Finance & Distribution, Accounting, or Manufacturing industries management
  • Web development using Microsoft MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

    Job Summary:
    As a member of the leadership team, you will oversee the company accounting and financial systems as well as oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department. The desired candidate will be a respectful, compassionate, and positive team player with management experience in long-term care finance and accounting.

    Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Maintaining accounting records, including general ledger, payroll and taxes
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Coordinating audits
  • Managing budgets
  • Recommending financial performance benchmarks
  • Overseeing accounts payable and receivable departments
  • Develop and produce monthly and year-end financial statements and annual budgets in a timely manner
  • Advise on adjustments due to changes in tax or other laws
  • Ensuring income tax compliance
  • Responsible for local, state and federal tax compliance and reporting (including payroll, property and sales and use tax compliance and reporting)
  • Requirements:

  • Ability to independently analyze, lead, and present complex financial information concisely, with clarity and with very limited guidance
  • Management experience building and leading accounting teams
  • Establishing and implementing short and long-range accounting department goals, objectives, policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or something similar
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
  • Active CPA license

    Job Summary:
    The Purchasing Assistant will play in integral part in entering and submitting purchases for software, warranties, and spare parts; confirm receipt of POs and work with vendors on parts to be returned; and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained. The Purchasing Assistant will also help the Purchasing Manager in setting up part numbers in inventory, work closely with the Product Team regarding incoming parts and complete various reports.

    Responsibilities:

  • Enter Purchase Orders, submit POs to vendors and link POs to corresponding Sales Orders as required
  • Work with vendors to purchase at best price, quality, and reliability to meet sales demand
  • Seek out new vendor opportunities and channels
  • Complete Vendor Return process on failed or damaged parts
  • Verify accuracy of purchase orders and keep accurate records for financial reconciliation and accounting
  • Review inventory levels and determine parts to be replenished and what stocking levels should be
  • Assist Receiving team on incoming parts and vendor returns
  • Other duties and responsibilities to be assigned on ongoing basis
  • Requirements:

  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage time and multitask with little to no supervision required
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP Accounting software
  • Qualifications:

  • Strong Microsoft Office and other computer skills
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Previous purchase or project management preferred
  • Technical competence (understand Enterprise hardware, software, etc.) preferred
