About the Role
xByte Technologies is hiring a motivated, organized, and people-focused individual to join our Enterprise Sales team as an Inside Sales Representative.
This is an entry-level sales role with a clear career path. You’ll work alongside experienced Enterprise Account Executives, learn how to put together large IT deals involving hardware and software, and develop the skills needed to manage your own accounts over time.
We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Our goal is to grow you into an Enterprise Account Executive with your own book of business.

Inside Sales Representatives who demonstrate initiative and performance will be promoted to Enterprise Account Executive.
The Account Executive role offers the potential to earn $100,000+ annually with no earnings ceiling.

What You'll Do
- Support Enterprise Account Executives with customer needs
- Enter and manage orders using our CRM system
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Prospect and grow existing accounts through phone and email outreach
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, sales engineers, and technicians
- Ensure orders move smoothly through the full sales cycle
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Comfortable engaging customers and prospects through calls and emails
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Limited Travel:
Employees based in St. Petersburg will travel to our Bradenton headquarters for:
- Initial onboarding and training (10 days over the first month)
- Quarterly company meetings
Compensation & Benefits
Pay:
- $45,000 per year (paid hourly at $23.00)
- Overtime available
