Standard Warranties (unless noted on the invoice)
Servers with a remainder of Dell 3 year Next Business Day warranty were purchased directly from Dell by xByte with a fully transferable warranty. The Dell warranty starts when the system ships from Dell, so remaining warranty duration can range from 2-3 years. Please contact xByte if you need the exact warranty periods available.
- Parts - 1 Year Advanced RMA
- Servers (current generation) - 3 Year Advanced RMA including remainder of Dell's NBD (Learn More)
- Servers (older generations) - 1 Year Advanced RMA
The original Dell warranty applies to the base system and any components that are original to that particular Tag Number based on how Dell shipped the unit. All parts are also covered by xByte's Next Business Day warranty for 3 years from the date YOU purchase the servers from xByte. Our warranty terms are very straightforward - contact us with the problem, we will help diagnose the component failure with you, and will overnight you replacement part(s) at our cost and send a return shipping label to send back the defective parts.
xByte Technologies is a Dell Warranty Parts Direct Provider and all our technicians are Dell Certified for all the PowerEdge models we sell.
During any warranty/claims process we commit to:
- Make available to you any technical resources necessary in regards to your purchased product
- Send all replacement parts to you via Fedex Standard overnight at NO COST TO YOU
- Include prepaid Fedex shipping labels for to return product at NO COST TO YOU
