  • Include prepaid Fedex shipping labels for to return product at NO COST TO YOU


The process for beginning a technical service request or part replacement begins with by contacting our xByte Loyalty Team either via web (click here) or phone (888-929-8348). Completion of the information in this form will initiate the proper resources to solve your issues as quickly as possible. Please provide us your invoice number, part number, serial number, as well as any additional information which may be pertinent to your issue. Once this contact form has been filled out it will initiate the resolution process and you will be contacted within 2 hours.
