Warranty

We will guarantee your IT investment purchase from xByte Technologies as follows:

xByte Warranty
(unless special order and/or noted on the invoice):
  • Parts – 1 year Advance Replacement RMA
  • Servers (current generation) – 3 year Advance Replacement RMA including remainder of Dell’s NBD
  • Servers (older generations) – 1 year Advance Replacement RMA
  • Full technical resource necessary in regards to your purchased product
xByte International Warranty
(unless special order and/or noted on the invoice):
  • Parts - 1 Year RMA
  • Servers (current generation) - 3 Year including remainder of Dell's NBD (transfer required)
  • Servers (older generation) - 1 Year RMA
  • Full technical resource necessary in regards to your purchased product
  • Replacements sent to you as soon as your item is received at xByte
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost to/from xByte
  • RECOMMENDATION-Keep spare parts on hand to minimize downtime

During Warranty/Claims Process We Commit To:

  • Provide all technical support necessary regarding your purchased product
  • Send all replacement parts to you via Fedex Standard overnight at NO COST TO YOU
  • Include prepaid Fedex shipping labels for product return at NO COST TO YOU
