BRAD BEEBE: ENTERPRISE SALES REP
Originally from Fenton Michigan, Brad Beebe moved down to Florida in 2011. Leaving the green pastures of a golf course behind, Brad has been working for xByte Technologies since 2012.
Brad’s interest in xByte Technologies stemmed from his brother in law, who at that time was a sales rep for the company. Brad started in a position on the broker team, but a year later, Brad moved into the position he had been seeking as an enterprise sales rep. The combination of having worked on the broker side with his knowledge from the enterprise team, has led Brad to be able to see each customer interactions from the customers’ vantage point. Allowing Brad to have better understand his customers’ needs and create a trusting relationship and lasting relationships.

Memorable customer story
In January 2020, Brad had a customer, here in Tampa, who got in touch with him, who was hit with ransomware. They called Brad at 9AM and we luckily were able to build an identical server to the one that was hit. Customized, tested, and ready to go, Brad personally delivered the server by 4PM that same day. With the help of xByte, the customer was able to migrate data from backups over to the new machine. They were back up and running the same day, which meant not data or business loss to. The customer was ecstatic with the customer support and continues to consult Brad on IT solutions, only buying IT equipment though him. With great people like Brad on the xByte Team, it is not suprising why xByte can pride themselves on high customer service, making sure they make every interaction with customers a great one!
