Parts, Servers, Storage and Networking - 1yr RMA after diagnosis where warranty is not explicitly listed on invoice. To receive credit for the returned parts, they must be received within 14 days of receiving replacements.

All shipping costs are customer responsibility. We suggest buying spare parts and keeping them on hand to minimize downtime.
