  • Servers (older generation) - 1 Year RMA

Standard Warranties (unless noted otherwise on the invoice)

  • Full technical resource necessary in regards to your purchased product
  • Replacements sent to you as soon as your item is received at xByte
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost to/from xByte
  • RECOMMENDATION-Keep spare parts on hand to minimize downtime

The International Return Policy

The process for submitting a technical service request begins with contacting our xByte Loyalty Team either via the web (click here) or phone (888-929-8348). Completing the information on the RMA form will initiate the RMA process, and you will be contacted by a certified representative within one hour. Please include the invoice/order number, part number, serial number and any additional information that is pertinent to your problem. This will help us address and solve your problem as quickly as possible.
