What are your hours of operation/customer support?

Mon-Fri 9AM-5:30PM EST.



Is your return policy really “no questions asked”?

Yes. If you contact us within 14 days of your purchase, you can ship your parts/server back to us and receive a full refund for the items returned. Too many companies force you to lie about why you are returning something in order to get a refund. We don’t like having to do that when we do business, so we don’t make our customers do it.



Do you charge a restocking fee?

No restocking fees on in-stock inventory. People make mistakes and should not be penalized. Our focus is on long term customer relationships, not nickel and diming our customers on each purchase. Special ordered inventory may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.



How long do you warranty products?

Parts come with a standard 1 year warranty. Servers come with varied warranties from 30 days up to 3 years – exact terms are specified on your invoice.



How long is your response time for phone support to help diagnose a problem?

We will get back to you within 4 business hours of your initial call or email.



How can I pay for my order?

Through our website, we accept all major credit cards: AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. To pay via wire transfer or PayPal, you will need to contact your xByte Sales Representative. International customers will need to contact your xByte Sales Representative to discuss terms of payment.



Does xByte Technologies accept credit card payments over the phone?

Yes. If you need to give us credit card payment information over the phone, please don’t hesitate to contact your sales representative directly for this type of transaction.



Does xByte Technologies except reseller certificates to avoid local tax?

Yes. xByte Technologies is located in sunny southwest Florida, so any local Florida residents can fax us a copy of their reseller certificate to avoid taxes for their orders, otherwise you will be charged the standard state tax rate.



If I am local, can I come directly to your facility to pick up my order?

Of course! In fact, if you can provide us a copy of a reseller’s certificate, you can also avoid the tax. We only ask that for any pickups, you allow us a window of 2 hours to process and complete your order. This will ensure your order is ready when you arrive.
